“Once Singleton was controlled by Radiology Partners, Radiology Partners caused Singleton to breach the agreement by submitting claims for services performed by providers who were not shareholders, partners, or employees of Singleton and who were not performing services at hospitals where Singleton was contracted. The agreement allegedly said Singleton could only bill for services performed by “medical group physicians” who were “shareholders, partners or employees.” And it could not assign those rights to other docs without first notifying the payer.įor years, the practice abided by the agreement, UHC said, until it became part of the bigger group. Srinivasan took the time to ask many questions and at the close of the appointment recommended a new protocol for my annual screenings given my family history and make up of my tissue. Srinivasan took the time to request additional orders so she would have a better baseline for my files. Srinivasan were calm and kind and extremely thorough. I can not say enough about how great my experience was. I went to Memorial Hermann Northeast for my follow up screenings as I work in the area and they were able to schedule quickly. This year, there was added concern as my 3D screening mammogram showed a small mass that needed further investigating with an ultrasound. I lost my Mom to breast cancer 15 years ago, so my annual mammogram appointment is always met with worry and anxiety. Annual appointment brings anxiety – but this year calm and confidence
